Maneki Neko says “Thank You”

The Maneki-Neko is the “beckoning cat”. You’ll usually find them in Asian shops with their arm swinging or beckoning to you. In western culture the move looks like a wave. In eastern culture it is actually a gesture of beckoning.

These cats are usually a sign of good fortune and other positive things like that. I’m still recovering and couldn’t think of anything to say or write about today (except the wonders of NyQuil and pharmaceutical grade medication).

So I figured I’d let the cat say, “thank you”, for all of the care and support I’ve received during this time. My drawings are still shaky but hopefully you like them anyway.
