Over the holiday break I’ve been doing home improvement projects. One of them was painting a rug for my living room. Painting a rug, you say? Yes I did. I looked for several rugs and found many I liked but they were all outside of my budget. The budget I would have if I could break this art supply addiction.

More drawings will follow later today. But I’m so excited about the rug that I had go post it. Complimenting graphic stencils will go on a feature wall and then I will finish attaching baseboards.

I enjoyed this project a lot. There will be more painted rugs in my future.
